Rear Strut Nut

I've read that it's best to torque down suspension parts while the car has all its weight on the wheels. When installing new lowering springs, the front strut nut has easy access to tighten it down to torque from under the hood. Is there any such access to torque the rear top strut nut after it's installed? Or does this have to be done while the strut is off during spring install?

The rear has no access once installed in the car.
