Magnaflow exhaust and Injen CAI VID

So.. after spending a good amount of time with the crappiest video editing software in the world.. i managed to put together some low quality iPhone video clips of what my exhaust sounds like. I have a custom magnaflow exhaust, the magnaflow tru-x pipe, and the injen cold air intake. so here it is.

Its quiet when under light acceleration, but when you get on it, it really opens up. i love how it sounds. I'll get some better vids with my HD camcorder sometime soon.

i was thinking about swapping the tru-x to the resonated x pipe and see what that would do. Im also adding shorties here soon too, guess we'll see how much that changes everything. i'll probably take these vids down tomorrow and film some HD ones this weekend, the iPhone really doesnt do this thing justice, i flew by an SS today and the dudes eyes popped, haha.

WOW not bad @ all bro...i dont know if its the low quality but i hear no drone @ at all from low acceleration unlike my 1.0...It gets loud when you want it too very similar to MRT 2.0.. i like it...

Hrmm..I really dunno what the resonated X will do in place of the Tru X. My guess, would be a slightly smoother sound...might take some of the snarl away, but honestly I just don't know lol. Could be better too Not that I'm putting down the resonated X (of course...I have one lol). What is the part # of the mufflers you have again? Mine are the 11235's.

Bt you have a CAI right? I don't, so I'm sure that helps to give you a bit more aggression in the tone.
EDIT: Ok, I just saw your picture of the Injen....yes you do have a CAI. lol

I'd be very interested to see what adding shorties does for your sound!!

Looking forward to the HD vids.

Well the common consensus is that the tru-x is raspier then the resonated x, so i would assume the resonated will make it sound smoother. I believe the number for the muffler was 14615 but dont quote me on that lol. i know they are 6" x 14" round, 2.25 in/out.

Yes, i do have a CAI. lol.
