Sounds like you have great plans for your Camaro in the future. I really like the color and I can't get over how clean it is and in excellent condition. Are you going to put a nice detail and wax on your Camaro? Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 really works great on your color paint and will make it look simply amazing! Also put a PC (Porter Cable Orbital Buffer) on your list for Birthday/Christmas. They run about 100 bucks and up for a good one. Google and ask around for the one best suited for the SMC. I've yet to buy one myself so it's been on the back burner. Not sure about you since you've yet to start college (meaning more moolah in the wallet for that stuff.) Oh, and if you're going to change plugs.. have a friend help. The last two (#7 and #8) are wedged pretty good right next to the firewall. Talk about a major pain (and some have broken plugs/helical coils off in the head. Not good.) |

I definitely am thankful my parents helped me out! when I went in to clean out my old camaro a older couple stopped in with cash in hand looking to buy the SS I purchased. So without my parents I wouldn't even have a new car right now!
So far I've only been able to keep the interior immaculate; It was practically blizzarding on my way to school this morning! But, with my next paycheck I plan on getting some wax (I'll definitely give that meguirs a shot) and wash her up for a good hour or two. If I have some extra cash I'll check out that swirl remover. Does anyone have any remedies for what looks like paint bubbles? |

Probably fiberglass de-lamination. Going to have to have it stripped, filled, and resprayed. My bird had it all over the hatch. Oh, and get some leather conditioner dude! Seriously, it'll save that leather from drying out and cracking on ya. Mine was too fargone though. Don't go looking to recover those things. I have to and it's gonna cost me a pretty penny. That and the dreaded Trans Am door panel cracks. |

Nice car man! Looks like the SS version of my car. Take good care of her and she'll bring you many years of good times.
