Borla "S" Type Exhaust Problem? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So I installed the Borla "S" Type Cat-Back Exhaust in my 2011 SS this weekend with no problems. This morning I happened to be driving with the radio turned down and I'm hearing this rattling sound. I believe it to be the piping to be hitting the brace.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix for it?

EVERYONE has the problem of the exhaust hitting the brace. throw some washers for space under the brace and you'll be good. It took 4 12mm washers on each corner for me to clear my doug thorley exhaust.

Or a new brace that is lowered in the middle works. Not as cheap, but looks cool if you ever flip your car over.
