Bug filled front end, best method to clean them off?
Looking for tips as to getting all the nasty bug splatter off the front of my Camaro. It is impossible to drive around here and not get the front all nasty with bug guts. Swamp land all around me.
Hoping to be able to get it clean and not mess up the paint. Did a search but couldn't find any answers. |

If you have a lot of bugs you should get that stretchable mask thing. You can take it on and off in like a minute. My bumper is messed up from the bugs and rocks as well. One day in the future I'll get it fixed and get like the clear bra. Best of luck

Blast as much off with a hose. Use a waterless or rinseless wash product to remove the rest with a microfiber cloth. There are dedicated bug and tar products available that you can look in to also.
Biggest thing is to remove as much "material" as possible with water and waterless stream before wiping with microfiber.

Figuratively, not literally.

A good coat of good wax and sealant can help in the Future. I use imho a good product called Bug Squash from Poorboys along with wetted Bounce Sheets. And yes a good presoak is a must. Great to keep a box of the sheets in the car and use them for touch ups wetted with some waterless wash followed by detail spray.
