Adam's Leather and Interior cleaner works wonders on the baby vomit stain on my leather. Just follow up with a leather conditioner, as this product can dry out the leather over time.

Buy a seat cover and use it during the days you go to work.

I second Ryans recommendation for the leather and interior cleaner followed by conditioner.... but of course I'm biased

To prevent it how about something as simple as the seat towels you can buy.... just slip it over the headrest for the days you know you'll be getting in dirty. Less than a few seconds to put it in.

saddle soap is for conditioning and keeping leather soft.it is not a real good cleaner.
