If you are expecting it to make flames good luck that's a old trick of having spark plugs in the exhaust with wires going to a coil and switch to ignite the unburned fuel.

Those are 100% custom - you aren't gonna be able to go out and just buy that. That being said you could probably get a similar effect by getting the ground effects rear diffuser and having a mesh grate welded to the exhaust surround - a little but of painting and you're done.
