Functionally no. But as far as how they are used...Yes, see the entry angles for the connecting pipe entrances and exits ...one set is angled in/out and the other is straight in/out...the difference is in what detail the welder will have to prebend into the entering and exiting pipe under your vehicle. I would never recommend the 1st one you see above unless you plan to run the pipes out the side of the car. The 2nd one is the best choice and our recommend. Oh and in case your wondering the 2nd choice above is also a few bucks cheaper due to popularity.
