I would say around 50 if they are removing your stock mufflers too.

It depends on how much shop time goes for in your area. It's a 1 hour job at most.
In my area, they charged me 125 dollars for removing the stock ones and welding my new ones but mine had to get some other stuff done since it wasn't a full axle-back. For the full axle-back, it should be rather simple. Just make sure they align the exhaust tips so as to not melt your diffuser.

120 for removal of stock equip. Welded MRT v1 and res delete.

my mrt v1 cost about 79 with tax, 100 probably being the norm IMO

I think an hour's worth the labor at the shop of your choosing is the going rate.
