Hey Guys and Gals,

I am the proud owner of a 2015 1LE Camaro. I am trading in my IMO 2SS/RS Convertible and got $24K trade in, got the Camaro for 15% off MSRP ($40,490 MSRP/$34,416), dropping my payment from $798.05 per month to $533.12 per month. I go and pick up tomorrow about lunch time.

The 1LE I am buying is a Summit White 1SS and the options include 1LE package ($3500), Recaro seats ($1995), and MyLink Navigation System ($495). I am thinking about taking over to East Texas Muscle Cars just after the New Year and having 1 7/8 headers and full exhaust put on with cam, rotofab cold box, and possibly a I-1 Procharger.

I will post pics up as soon as I pick her up tomorrow.

Congrats! I just picked mine up yesterday, and am absolutely loving it. It's a shame that it's going to be sitting so much for the next several months :(

Hey SkipInMinn,

I spent a year up on Minneapolis from Aug 2010 to Aug 2011. Too cold for me up there in the winters though. My convertible was a 2012 IOM 2SS/RS with the orange leather interior, orange door panel inserts, hurst short throw shifter, and polished aluminum wheels. When I was working for the Army in Korea from Oct 2012 through Sept 2015 I had her with me. I could have sold her back in March/April to an American there from MN but at the time I just wasn't ready to sell. Upon me leaving Korea I should have called him back to sell but I thought I wanted to keep my Convertible until I had her paid off.

KingMike....I am happy my payment is going from $798.05 per month for the convertible to $533.12 per month for the 1LE. I am not all that worried for the payment because on my convertible I got 0% financing for 60 months back in October 2012. I wanted the 15% off the MSRP because you couldn't combine that 15% off with any other Farm Bureau or other discount so I got financing from Andrews Federal Credit Union for 60 months for 1.24% financing.

Finally, MarkGWS I took some pictures at the dealership but I had a ways to drive back on Saturday and I didn't get home until almost 10pm Saturday evening. I was going to take pictures yesterday but the wind was blowing and I just didn't feel like messing with the cooler weather. According to the weatherman last night the temp and wind will be in check so I will take pics this afternoon after work. I will post then.

So far I like almost everything about my 1LE. I will say I wish she came standard with the Hurst Short Throw Shifter. I can tell a big difference between my old convertible with the hurst short throw shifter and the new 1LE. Not a deal breaker but....
