if you've ever been to the CCW website, then it probably is familiar!

those are 19" CCW SP16As... and they were the first set ever to built for an f-body... needless to say, I like to blaze my own path... lol

I agree, pewter is really only good on the Camaro and Vette... Tahoes and trucks in pewter just look massive... no idea why that is

I never gave her a name though she's always been a "her". Victoria would actually fit pretty good IMO. She had a "secret" history that you didn't know (Victoria's secret). Just a thought

So are they custom made since you said they're the first ones made for an f body? Probably means they're too expensive for me lol. I was thinking of getting some American Racing torque thrusts probably 17" with p zeros once I get my income tax check from Uncle Sam. I don't usually like more than 5 spokes but those wheels look awesome on your car

I had them custom cut... they had the specs, having made other CCW wheels for f-bodies before, but mine were the first in that design.

if you look close in the pics, I have one set of wheels on that car that aren't CCWs... and those are Forgeline RS rims... and they're crazy rare, from what I've come to understand... I need to contact Forgeline (Camaro5 sponsors, I might add!) and see if they'd be up for refurbishing those wheels... they've been on 3 different cars in our fleet, and kind of need some love... those Forgelines are 17x9.5f, 17x11r, btw

I highly recommend the Eibach Pro Kit (Sportlines are just a little too low to really enjoy) and some revalved Bilsteins if you're looking to lower your car... combine that with some nice 18x9f, 18x10r wheels (e.g., Boyd Coddington Osiris rims) and you'll have an awesome ride... we've got that setup on my wife's '01 Z28 and it looks killer

Dee - First off WELCOME TO C5 and to our Camaro family. These are some great people, they grow on you real quick and go from friends to family and they are full of information to help you in your Camaro jouney. PS. If no one has mentioned CAMARO 5 FEST look it up on here, it will be the BEST weekend of your life if you can make it. (And you could get the rest of the Chevy gangs signatures and finish what Dan started). I remembered wanting a 5th gen myself for ever and I saved for months and the joy of finally picking her up was overwhelming. I'm so glad you finally got your wish. Maybe you should start a camaro scrap book like most of us since you have such an amazing delivery story. My car, Daisy also has Scott's signature. I will definately be on the look out for your future posts!

Dan - I remember reading your post about having to give your baby up and I teared up. I can not imagine having to give my Daisy away... I would be beyond heart broken, it would be like loosing my best friend. Like someone said above, I want to shin kick your Dad. But at least you know she is in good hands and you can look over her now. I love your 4th gen, we tried to find one for my fiance and had no luck finding one in good shape, so I'm pretty jealous! Glad to see you are still around.

I can't believe how far that car traveled when It got auctioned off. Great story! If I ever sell mine (I don't ever plan to...) I'll leave a note now too!

She should be feeling right at home now Covered in snow!

Dan, I had thought about putting her white stripes back on, But hell its to freakin cold out there. Us Texans are not used to 10 degrees.

The ice storm hit before i could get her in the garage, she has been stuck in the drive since Tuesday. I thought i was gonna get to drive her today. But NO, we get over 6 inches of snow over nignt. I am having withdrawls.
