Anly one running 1LE track pack with Stock SS tire sizes?

I have a track pack coming since I do all the IT work for my dealership. I do not have the funds at the moment to move to a square setup but will down the road. I am not tracking the car just want it to handle better on the street and keep the warranty.

Thanks ahead of time for posting.

You'll be just fine. You will still see a noticeable handling improvement. The only time you will notice the understeer from the staggered setup is when you are at the edge of traction and the front will push. If you are not tracking the car, you should not really run into this issue on the street.

Best regards,

The front 245's are the real weak link. My stock 2014 SS was a totally different car with 255/45/20 on 9in wheels up front and 275/40 /20 on 10in wheels in the rear. The PZero 245's have less than an 8in tread width, the 255's a full 9 in. and a bit taller than the rears. The 1LE front bar is going to really make your car push with the 245's

So what would be the widest tire I can put on the stocks front that will match up with the 275 rears and not throw off the ABS with its size?

You could go with ZL1 swaybars which are setup to balance out the staggered tire setup.

So could I run 255/45/20 on the stock front rim? Would it cause and issue with the ABS? I can get the BFG Comp-2's which I was thinking of getting in that size.

We are full 1LE swapped and have autocrossed with both stock 245's and 275's up front noticeable difference between the 2 sizes

Front 8in wheel is too small for 255's. Keep your stock front sway bar on until you can get bigger front wheels and tires.

I ran the 1LE sway bars with the stock 245/275 staggered set up. It worked pretty well but I had 1.2-1.4 negative front camber which kept the car very neutral at the track and autocross. I now have the 1LE bars with 275's on stock nine inch wheels all the way around and 1.0 negative front camber; it has frustrating understeer and excessive outer tire wear at the track and autocross.

The 1LE bars with 1.4 negative front camber/1.0 rear camber and 245/275 tires is a good set up based upon my experience.

You defied the laws of suspension dynamics! something else going on. 245's neutral and 275' push? could have been pushing the car a lot harder
with the 275's. earlier turn-ins? braking late? etc. I've run both tracks with my Viper years ago and the entry into the main straight on both tracks is really tricky.

Yup, I have the 1LE track pack with the stock 20's and it only pushes when driven at its limits. For me its just fine for whats a daily driver but I will change the wheel and tire package at some point.
