SHOPCHEVYPARTS.COM is the worst ever!

As some of you on Camaro5 may know I've purchased plenty of parts from different vendors. In fact, I'm the OP for the Coupon Code Thread Sticky.

I'm now buying parts form my incoming 2014 Corvette and have run across a vendor that has easily won the "worst vendor I've used" award.

Here is my story.... paraphrased for sure:


I ordered a security shade and indoor cover from shopchevyparts.com for my incoming C7.

I ordered on November 5th. Weeks go by and nothing....

I give them a call and they tell me the indoor cover is on backorder. (why did I have to call them to find this out?)
I tell them to send the security shade and I'll take the cover whenever... no rush....

Another couple of weeks pass by and still nothing....
During this time I submitted no less than 3 "tickets" online asking about my order.....

I log on to find out what is up with my order since they have yet to contact me only to find out my order is "canceled" and my tickets I submitted asking for order status have all been deleted? (I assume deleted since when I search for the ticket number it can't be found)

Not a great way to handle customers....

Now I know why they have the cheapest prices... because they have no parts and no customer service employees... I think it's some teenager in his basement selling GM parts.

UPDATE:
Just talked to them on the phone (you have to search for the phone number... it's not listed on the "contact us" page)

Basically I was told the order was canceled because the "payment ran out". In other words because I didn't contact them to ask about my order within 30 days the order was canceled.
But.... I DID send no less than 5 "support tickets" by this time, called and talked to them 2 weeks into the order thinking I had it resolved, AND left a message asking about the order when I called after hours one day. ALL WITH NO REPLY.... ok.... I didn't contact them?

funny update:

I left a negative comment on their page..... about 5 minutes later it was deleted..... about 2 minutes after than I was blocked from their page.

This would explain why they only have 1 comment on their page..... they delete all the negative comments and block the unhappy customers from posting.

When I have a bad experience, I try the same sort of thing. I go after them on as many sites as possible. Just don't form a bunch of forum profiles to bash them. That's sleazy.
