Gingerman Raceway Advice?
Ok, so I might be headed to Gingerman this weekend. Anyone else going?
My question is for people that have been on that track. What are the biggest "problems" with the track? Lets see if I can clarify that....... What part of the track gives people the hardest time? Any optical allusions or misleading corners or lines? Does this track favor people who like oversteer or understeer or neither?

i havent been to that track so i cant answer your specific questions.
you will probably have an instructor. just be patient and he will give you lots of info. work on getting the line, the brake points and the shifting smooth before you worry about speed. if you havent changed out your brake fluid to DOT 4, then this is the one thing you need to do before you go. |

Oversteer/understeer isn't track dependent, more of driver preference. I think understeer is the devil and prefer mild oversteer to keep it controllable but still flickable.
