Having the worst CAMARO experience ! - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hi guys,

i been to the dealer ship more than 15 times since i got the car
its been lets say what 5-6 months

i own a RS fully loaded with all the options you can think off!

so ..here it goes

1). Got my driver side speaker replaced 5 times + (and still there is a problem and yet they cant diagonse what the problem is and no one wants to bother!)
2).When ever i used to shut the glove box it had a big gap on the side.(got the repaired).
3).Power steering pump *god knows what happened to that* (had to wait 7 days to get a new one from US).
4).The lever or hook or whatever you may call it at the back of the seat which helps the seat to tilt (got replaced because it used to get stuck).
5).Today the Power steering pump is gone again!
6). When i got the Camaro .. i paid for a brand new one .. but after driving 500km i realized that it had 2000 or 3000kms already on it

I think my car is defected or something! or the guys made it on a friday!

i dont know what to do! and where to go

even if i sell it i know i will lose big money !

(plus i am from canada so i paid way more for the car in comparision with the customers from the US*)

i am really upset i had so many good cars in the past
i never had such problems !

is any one else experiencing such problems or is it just me?

any suggestions?

** NOT TO FORGET .. i had a bubble in my cars tire and i noticed that after the purchase and i had to pay 500 bucks to get a new tire cus the bubble went huge*

one more thing guys i .. put 35ks on the car already i know its a lot but where i work its really far away ..
so would that go in negative?

what i am trying to say is .. i didnt know check the mileage on the time of purchase i paid a full price it had 2k or 3k already on it!

may be onstar can help me confirming it had this much mileage on before the date of purchase ..

You're in it to win it, now. You've already got 35k kms on the car. My advice? Keep it until the warranty is just about to expire, and then sell it.

Also, I know it's hard NOT to do, but this sounds pretty a-typical of the ownership experience, so try to keep in mind that this isn't reflective of all GM cars. Sounds like you got a bad one for whatever reason. OR, you're doing something really strange with the car causing the P/S pump to fail and/or you listen to your music too loud

Also, always inspect the car before delivery so you know exactly what you're getting.

Yes this is my first american car !
the reason i am so pissed right now is ! when my power steering pump failed i got in to a bad accident ! i noticed it on my way back home !
now .. its the same case again ! i am SCARED !

and plus about inspection the car was perfect ! the only problem i had i was .. ! i didnt check the mileage before purchasing !
it never had a issue till it reached 20k !

RS only comes in 2lt !
so its pretty understood !
