Thinking about it ?

I ordered a 1LE. Will be here in about 8 weeks. But i was looking at a 2013 ZL1 first . The dealer that had the 2013 ZL1 would not work with me on my trade .So we could not come to a deal . That dealer calls me today and says now he want to deal. The car is new and has 27 miles on it . Also today a friend of mine calls me and tell me about a 2014 ZL1 set up exactly as i want . That car has 66 miles on it . ( Is it normal for these car to have this kind of miles on them ? )

I could never afford to order one . I need to have the GM rebate money that's out there right now and get a good buck for my trad to afford the lone . I find that dealers that have them on the lot are more likely to deal .

If you can make it work go for it! You won't be disappointed.

I would definitely make this work for you. Until Sept of last year almost no dealer would allow any test drives or miles on a Z until you committed to paper work, or down payment. Remind them of this and you suggest the value of their joy rides in $$... You shouldn't be paying more than 52K on any 2013...

Exactly!
You won't be disappointed! The only disappointment will be that you have to sleep and you can't drive it in your sleep!

So it's not been my experience that the dealerships like people to test drive the ZL1s for the most part. But the problem is that every A hole owner of each stealership thinks it's their divine right to rag it out for 25 or 50 miles before they sell it. Pisses me off a little.

Mine had 26 miles on it, they flat told me the "owner" of the dealership put them on there. If I wasn't stuck on a 2012 I would have given some choice words and left, but hey. (By owner they meant the grandson of the guy who actually built the dealership, I'd say that punk hadn't really ever worked for anything in his life which is why he doesn't have respect for stuff)

BUUUUTTTTT! The ZL1 is an awesome care, either of those will be a fine choice. If the '14 is exactly what you want and you can get the deal you want then go for it.
