Which one you can't park?
I'm one to talk I would do the same thing.

Understand the ding. Happened on my passenger door at 4 weeks. 1 1/2" vertical embedded white paint mark. Took awhile to get it off. Thanks to the 5" Clear Bra I had put across the door from the curve down there was no damage! I'd park like you did if given the chance.

I always drop my wife off that the door wherever we go then start the long search for a "safe" spot Sometimes I get lucky to not have to park in the "south forty".

Even better is drop wife of park in the south forty and tell her to call when she done shopping pull up front to get her. Doesn't work for diner though just got to search. I have one restaurant i go to that i have nice end spot that i always get put it inch of the curb and there is like 4 feet to the line for the next spot.

If my wife or mother is the passenger I park in handicapped. I park “south forty” otherwise. Currently Blue-J is hibernating. Last week my 89 year old Mom wished it was summer and we were in the Camaro.

How cool! I've only seen one SG on the road and that was yesterday. Love it!

Even worse is when you park like that and some jerk still parks close enough to hit your car with their doors. Man, I hate people.
