John - so the headers are actually welded on. Wow, when I put the long tubes in mine, the shorties just unbolted from the down pipe that has the cats. I wonder why they decided to weld them and not just have another bolt on style, for a do-it-yourself style mod. Oh BTW I have yet to get any codes with my long tubes after 100ish miles. I love the results you got though - I think it is awesome!

devildoc,

Jamie, who made the master part, said he was concerned about installers not getting the clamps right and creating a leak which would lead to a CEL. He said something else about the size too, but I honestly can't remember that far back. I've got nearly 100 on mine since pick up and no CEL.

Awesome....well I guess that makes sense. Kinda bypasses the problem that some of the guys were having with their JBAs.

But Nick from DTH was offering them for $325... which was supposedly already heavily discounted..

i dont think he is. his SS was the prototype for the catback system. think he just a regular person that thought it would be smart to buy in bulk and resale. but i could be wrong

Well, it's still a better price than the JBAs, but that's a $120 mark up per set for making a phone call. Seems a bit steep to me.
