Gforce Engineering Fabricated 9" IRS

I'm proud to introduce the Gforce Engineering fabricated bolt in 9" IRS for the 2010+ Camaro.

We use our own fully fabricated housing that is made in house on our state of the art CNC machines and fabrication equipment.
Everything is jig located to ensure a perfect fit every time.
We also do all our design and machine work in house, we machine our axles and stubs right here in house.

Our 9" kit comes with:
Fabricated bolt in 9" housing that bolts up to the factory location with no cutting required.
  • The housing has 3/8" thick face plates, 3/16" thick covers, 1.25" thick axle blocks
  • Brackets are 3/8" thick
  • All cnc machined in house, jig located and tig welded
  • Heavy duty front mount with BMR bushings
  • Pre-built pumpkin from Strange Engineering or Moser with your choice of gears and 31 spline Eaton Truetrac posi. Up-grade to the 35 spline Wavetrac posi for an additional $660.
  • 300m billet inner axle stubs (bolt together for future up-grades)
  • 300m 1000+hp Anti Wheel-hop axles
  • 4340 billet outer axle stubs
  • 3.5" Aluminum 1 piece Driveshaft, up-grade to a 4" Aluminum for $100. or our 3.75" Carbon Fiber shaft for an additional $400.

The rear will come with either a Strange or Moser pre-built pumpkin with your choice of gears and a 31 spline Truetrac.
You have the option to step up to the 35 spline Wavetrac posi that has a lifetime warranty for an additional $660. http://www.wavetrac.net/
The 35 spline Wavetrac is exclusive to Moser so it will come in the big 3.25" Moser case.
Of course the 35 spline Wavetrac will come with our huge 35 spline 300m inner stubs for the ultimate in power holding capability.
The 9" kit will come standard with our 31 spline 300m bolt together inner stubs.

The axles that come standard in the kit is our 300m anti wheel hop axles.
And let me say, our 300m axles and stubs are a proven setup. There is no stronger material out there to make axles from.
We don’t throw fancy names or sales gimmicks on our materials, it's 300m and were proud to say it.
Nobody has ever broken one of our 300m axles or stubs and that is a great track record.
There is NO stronger material available to make axles from that is stronger then 300m. There are however various procedures to heat treat and design axles and parts that will improve the strength and that is just what we do.
We use aircraft grade 300m that is then heat treated to our specs in a special aircraft autoclave heat treat process that most other places don’t have access to.
Being in the aircraft capitol of the world does have it’s advantages.

Prices and options are on our web site or give us a call.
http://www.shop.gforce1320.com/produ...&categoryId=34

Shown is our optional Carbon Fiber driveshaft and Outlaw 35 spline one piece inner axle stubs.

Here is the 35 spline stubs compared to the 31 spline stubs.

The kit will come standard with a 3.5” Aluminum 1 piece driveshaft. You can up-grade to a 4” aluminum for $100. or a 3.75” Carbon Fiber shaft for an additional $400.

All of our components are fabricated in house on our state of the art cnc machines.
This gives us the advantage to improve our designs on the fly when making parts.
We also do all our design work in house on CATIA V5 design software, for those of you in the aircraft business you know that CATIA is a very powerful software that allows us to design and analyze parts before we even fit them onto a car.

If your building a Camaro that is going to be making some serious power, give me a call. We are the go to guys for the big power boys.

Thanks
Chris @ Gforce Engineering

Nice to see all these options for the rear. Between you, lingenfelter, and DSS, we are really getting some bulletproof options for these cars. Do you have any pictures of a 9 inch in a Camaro or are these all still in production? Please PM me a price for a complete setup.

Dont have any in car pics yet, most of the Camaro 9"'s we have in work are for big power cars involved in some serious builds.

As soon as I get some pics I'll share them.

PM's replied to.

Thanks
Chris

I need to chat with you about the Outlaw axles for your 9", were working on an all new cv joint design that will be even better then the outlaw setup and you wont have to modify the control arms.
The Outlaw cv joints are 33 spline and will hold some crazy power but are so large in diameter that you have to modify the control arms, these new cv joints are also 33 spline but are are the same diameter as what we use now.
We are probably 6-7 weeks out on releasing them.

Thanks
Chris
