Nice 870.
I have a few hundred dollars in gift cards to Bass Pro and can't decide what to buy. I am considering a 12 gauge, Glock 20 in 10mm or a progressive press to feed my beasts haha. |

Saw this yesterday. I'm stoked for the possibility these could come to the U.S.A. |

But the SC5SD I don't think they will. They would have to change some things on it to make it legal to own without a tax stamp and it would go against their profits to make just a US friendly version. |

Hello fellow gun enthusiasts,
I didn’t know there was a firearms section on C5 until today. I was wondering how many folks have not only a love for the Camaro but also for weapons. Let me introduce myself, name is Lance. I live in upstate California and Gun-Smithing / shooting / reloading / hunting has been in my family for many generations. I fact my father built various black powder rifle designs and even designed a rifling machine to make his own barrels with. I myself became an electronic engineer and pursued a career in Information Technology however; I still enjoy playing/working with firearms each and every weekend. And of course, love to drive my SS LS3. My father taught me a few tricks to save money by making my own projectiles. He engineered a set of dies that sizes spent 22 shells to .224 dia, fills them with lead and swedges them into various point configurations. This results in an almost unlimited supply of .223 bullets. Depending on the lead hardness and point shapes, I can push them over 3300 FPS with great accuracy. This knowledge really has helped me during this past year with all the ammo shortages. Last year I purchased a Dillon XL650 press. This is an awesome tool for those who like to plink a lot. I have reloaded up to 500 rds per hour with this baby. If you have extra $$ to spare, I would highly recommend the Dillon press line. I also have RCBS and lighter LEE presses for my larger cal ammo, but for the high volume output, Dillon can’t be beat IMO. Although I enjoy my AR/SKS/PC9 and many other auto loaders, I prefer the old lever actions and cowboy model weapons. My absolute favorites are my cylinder pistols (Colts and S/W models). I reload 13 different calibers and there is always one more that I want/need (the wife disagrees ;-) Well, now that I know this thread is open… I will be typing at you all! Cheers!
