I have a 2010 1LT I bought new in 09/2009 and mine developed an oil leak. Dealer fixed main seal between engine and transmission after owning about two years and 25,000 miles. I had a check engine light come on once. We had heavy rains and apparently a fuel pressure sensor got wet. Dealer reset the service engine light and has never happened again.

I've replaced the tires and the battery but the fan blower doesn't always blow constant speed on lower settings. I get a mildew smell in the summer even after changing the cabin air filter. Setting AC where it recirculates inside air eliminates the slight odor. A clearance lamp clamp on passenger rear broke but is holding with double sided tape.

My Camaro just rolled over 55,000 miles and do for an oil change. I use Pensoil 5W30 and change the oil myself between 3000-3500 miles. To date my Camaro hasn't used any oil but I live in a rural area so I have very few short trips. My Camaro usually gets driven 15-20 miles before being shut off. Most of my driving has been highway and very little city driving in stop and go traffic in large metro areas.

140,300 miles now on my daily driver.
Over and above normal items (tires, brakes, plugs etc);

Right rear axle shaft bearing (at 12K mi)
AC/Heater fan (at 47K mi)
Steering rack (at 96K mi)
All replaced by dealer under warranty!

So far after warranty expired... "knocking on wood"... no additional problems to report.

What problems have you had with your 5th gen?

Up until today, I had no reason to post in this thread. On the way home this morning I noticed my car had a lot less power and was shaking pretty badly. All of a sudden the "service stabilitrak" light came on along with the CEL. I got it home but it's driving me nuts not knowing what's going on. As per other threads I checked that the spark plug wires were secure, and they were. I do hear a ticking sound that wasn't there before. Tomorrow is Sunday so I won't be able to take it to the dealer until Monday morning. I'm on edge.

Probably just an exhaust leak or a spark plug gone bad

No reason to worry

I really hope so. I'm more aggravated that I can't get it fixed right away and have to wait till Monday. As well as the stories I've heard of the Stabilitrak warning coming back intermittently and never really being fixed.
