2010 LT V6 engine cover
I have only had my Synergy Green 2010 Lt for about a month. My question is, my engine cover rear section looks like it has subwoofer box carpet on it ??? Since I have not checked out any other 2010 V6s yet I was kinda wondering is that a factory rear section for the engine cover ? I have never seen anything like that b4.

These V6 engines are noisy. I think that piece serves two purposes:
1. Heat shield 2. Help quite the engine noise.
