the Panhard Rods are the ones that go from the frame behind the doors to the rearend right near were the brakes are. and the rear control arms are the ones that mount near the gas tank. and how easy are the adjustable panhard rods to adjust?

the Lower Control Arms (LCA's) are the ones that mount to the frame and connect to the underside of the axle and keep the axle from moving forward and backward during acceleration. the Panhard bar (PHB) connects from one side of the axle to the frame on the other side of the car and keeps the axle from moving left and right.

Huh...that's weird, Summit used to have the Panhard rod/ trailing arm package just a few days ago. For wheel hop, this is what you need
http://www.jegs.com/p/Hotchkis/Hotch...57224/10002/-1

I don't have the trailing arms, but I have that panhard rod, and it is amazing. There was an unmistakable difference in fast curves and cornering. Just as firebirdv6 says, I've heard from alot of people that that package is an amazing upgrade. Since you've already replaced your shocks (hopefully with good ones) then with that Hotchkis upgrade should solve your wheel hop problem. "Should" I don't know for sure

My car had BMR lower control arms when I bought it and it has very little wheel hop so I would say to start there.
