Wow, that color is amazing...I might have to change my order. The front clip is definitely one or two shades lighter than the rest of the car.

The base materials are different so that's why the paint looks diff. Nothing can be done about that other than making the fascia metal which is not gonna happen.

It's the same paint on both sides. Your seeing a material and angle change. Not a paint change.

i agree i would never consider the hot rod red but this look nice

Hot rod red is more Victory Red than this, traditionally. It's more flat.

I'm ABM now on my order but geeeez this rJt is catchy, it appears to be candyish appleish , nice!! What to do, then there's IOM which I did see in person and it is nothing like orange but a dark tangerinish with changing colors of red thru orange through the light spectrum

To me, you just can't do better than Red Jewel Tintcoat!

It's like getting 2 colours in 1

I love the slight color change due to light. That and either way this color looks really deep. I just can't wait to see what mine looks like with a couple coats of Zaino!

I have ordered ABM and seriously considering RJT even with this faux pas. I wish there was a GM paint dept person to speak up on this cause this is a gorgeous color that needs to come out. But then again......if less buy it cause of this the showing, the more "Rare”! My car will be if I get it RJT!!

I, too, would think, "They would have to be stupid to release a car where the color of the bumpers doesn't match the rest of the car", but this is GM we are talking about.

He he he....But in all seriousness, I'm torn between black and RJT. I think the car looks great in both, but I am really hesitant because if I ordered RJT and my car came out like the pics on here with the miscoloration --- I would be furious. But then again, black is a b*tch to take care of, so i'm torn. But a clean black camaro cannot be beat!!!

Yes, it would be nice if GM paint person could alleviate my fears.
For now, I'll just have to wait to see it in person at a dealer to decide.

Who knows...by the time they on dealer lots I might fall in love with ABM or CGM or IOM --- so many good choices!!!

I am sooooooo getting a RJT color. VR is too bright and "orangey", RJT looks totally badass

Everytime I see the RJT in photo it reminds me I picked the right color.

RJT with beige interior.
