[COTW 4/20/10] 600hp-lpe's 2010 2SS/RS RJT 6SP

OK... I just got my car back on Friday from doing some body mods.

I added:
Revolution hood
Revolution chin spoiler
NLP rear spoiler
Gary's Vented fenders

We removed the Vinyl stripes and painted White Pearl Stripes. Lingenfelter logo is painted on under the clear coat.

Now that it's home, the CCW's are on!

so... What do you think? Do you like it?

I like it except for the hood. I'd like the hood too except it doesn't look right to me with the mail slot. If you'd get the mail slot cover it would look alot better. Just my opinion.

I like the body work, should probably cover or fill the mail slot though. I assume that the hood scoop and vented fenders are not functional? sharp car. of course i love it because its an LPE!

Agreed! The hood is awesome, but the mail slot is a little weird.

Nice job!

Actually, the mail slot looks OK in person since the hood opening is pretty far apart.
I thought about covering it.. but it looks good.

We are going to make the openings functional.

The hood will be feed the cold air intake.
The lower chin spoiler will feed air to the brakes.
The vented fenders will remove air from under the hood.

Everything else looks great but two scoops look ricer in my opinion along with other peoples. Ask someone to photo chop the mail slot out and guarantee most everyone will think it's better. BTW pluming the air cooling down to the brakes will add weight. Unless your in actual track racing (many laps) i would not do it.

The car looks great! The only thing I see wrong (not the double scoop) is the front air dam but nothing on the side. It doesn't "flow" from the front of the front wheel well to the back of the front wheel well. The contours should match front to back otherwise it looks like an afterthought. Add the full GFX kit and it will look MUCH better... I love the colors, hood, fender, spoiler and the stripes. Wheels... eh.. take or leave.

Guys... these are "functional scoops" on an AWESOME RIDE!

Lots of Gen5 Camaros have the dual scoops. I think it freakin SIC...
