Need help.. What is the thickness difference between V6 brakes and V8 brembos?
Long story short I bought some wheels that would not clear my brembos in the rear. I had to space them out so far that I had to get longer studs (thats another whole issue) the rear tires are also sticking out further than the rear quarters which I have grown to dislike. So im thinking of just downgrading to v6 brakes so I wont need spacers at all or at least wont need such big spacers. I know certain wheels that wont clear the brembos will clear the v6 brakes.. So my question is how much clearance would I gain by downgrading to a v6 brake setup? Any help/info is appreciated.

I cant send the rear wheels back because they were bought used.. They are iforged 3 piece wheels with a carbon fiber lip. It would cost me an arm and a leg to buy another pair for the rear. My car has been sitting for almost two months now so im just trying to see what all my options are to have them fit and look right. Thanks
