I ordered some painted bowtie's, took about 10 days to get to me, and the quality was very bad. Sent them back and now I'm waiting for a refund..

My package was delivered to them on 10/29. It is now 11/9 and still no refund. They are extremely hard to get a hold of on the phone. It's rediculous. Stay away from this company.

By the looks of things, RPI "was" good but is now slippin'. I've seen a few other vendors slipping away lately as well.

Bummer.
