The Pfadt Poly Differential Mount Kit is an integral upgrade to the driveline of your Camaro, to dial out wheel-hop, and to help transmit your horsepower to the ground. We wanted to share a video with the community showing some brief testing on this kit. We have been getting together all of the various videos of us testing our products, and the performance gains. It is really coming together now with this fantastic new video highlighting the bushing deflections in the OEM differential mounts.

In the video below, you are going to see shots of two cars, one running with the OEM mounts, and one with the Pfadt Poly Differential Mount Kit installed. It may not be as clear as our subframe video that we put together, but as you will see with the pointers (inserted), once you know where to look, it is very obvious the performance gains accomplished by our kit.

An important thing to remember is that both before and after videos are done on a car that has OEM subframe mounts, and as a result, there is a lot of overall movement of the differential. This is not the point of our video, rather, we want to isolate differential travel relative to the subframe. And when you take a look at that, you will be convinced of what the Pfadt Racing Poly Differential Kit can do for your differential.

Hey, can these be installed by a do it yourselfer, or do they need a press?

Just ordered a set since I have my 3:73 gears sitting on the work bench ready to be installed. Timely purchase

I just installed these. I bought and used the tool that Cincy Speed sells. Let me tell you that was money well spent!! It made changing them a piece of cake!! You can read about it on my build thread here: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47925
Like everything else I have got from Pfadt, these were top quality and fit perfectly.

Yes, these can be installed with a light rubber mallet, small hits. No press necessary. As FrankT stated, there is also a tool that Cincy Speed sells that aids installation. With, or without, these can be done in a garage with some basic tool with moderate level of difficulty. Hope that helps!

I don't have the Pafdt pieces in my car but I did do this upgrade and it makes a huge difference.
