Well alright. Got the broadband HD camera working over Skype with DE tonight. That means we can broadcast some real time things like "the cruise", drag races, the road course, the GTA/PQ grudge race and host hotel parking lot antics.

Also DE brought up we can probably use UStream to broadcast to a bunch of people at once.

No, this is pretty cool. The video and sound are pretty darn good.

The HD camera was working great, Bruce, once you tweaked it. I loved seeing the wildlife in your pool!

And the sand hill cranes and ducks in your yard.

If you use Ustream, there is an affiliated chatroom that all of those who are watching the video can chat in while you are broadcasting.

Better yet, if you're at the autocross course, I can watch you on Skype (or Ustream).

just curious..

Very cool to send video out... Can't wait to see what you guys are using to stream the video.
I'd like to check it out next week at the fest sometime.

Yup.. that works for getting video out.. although it is more of a video chat thing. It works, though.

I have a bunch of HD hero video cams, and will capture the video of the Autocross course. That'll have to be uploaded.

I could bring my webcam as well.. and I have a verizon 4G air card. we can have more than one live feed.

What can we use to multi-cast the feeds? I bet we could have a few more streaming setups as well.
