**GOT MY NEW SHOES!!** SLP ZL Wheels w/ Custom Paint - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

It's been a long time coming. I've wanted these wheels since I first laid eyes on similar wheels on the Dale Jr SS. Well, when I found out about these SLP look alike wheels, I freaked out. I had to have them. But, one catch....

I couldn't get them.

I have been working on getting these since June of last year..... long time.....

Well, time has finally come.

These are the SLP ZL wheels which originally were painted a light gray with red outer ring. Tom Henry's paint guys repainted the wheels Cyber Gray Metallic to match the car and also painted a wave blue pin line around the outer indented lip to help tie it in even more.

These finished baking today and are going to be shipped Thursday.

I hope to get them asap for the Camarofest.

Thanks for the nice comments, guys. I know there's quite a few who didn't like them when they saw them on the SLP car. Personally, I think these are one of my favorite designs of wheels out there. I just had to get something that looked good with my current paint job and set up.

Doing that was hard to accomplish.

I wish. He's going to try 2 day shipping, but I don't know how that'll work. Maybe they will get here on Sat...maybe Mon.

So, you never answered my question....Can the normal Joe off the street purchase a set of these, or was this a one-time special deal for you? I know you worked a long time on getting these, but if they're now available to anyone, I'd like to find out some pricing!!! BTW, can't wait to see them on your car!!!!!!!!!!
