Hey guys. I have a couple paint, body and custom shops in LA and IE. I’m just curious and doing some market research as to what are some things you guys look for when looking to get some paint job or body work done? What are things we can do better for you guys? We do everything from restorations to custom/matte paint jobs to full body collision repair. Any advice from my fellow camaro drivers would be great! Thanks!

Definitely the color needs to match exactly. However very few shops are able to match the size of the metallics in paint. The texture never matches the original paint. I have the Synergy Green color and have never seen anyone able to color match the tone or texture of the original paint. I saw a TV show where PPG has a hand held paint analyzer which can the paint exactly but I have not seen this used yet.
