Not too bad. I would probably give the two covers a light sanding and drop a couple more coats on there in order to get a nice gloss look like the air intake pipe.

Regular Red sprey paint. I had to use lots of coats.

Yeah im gonna have to second that! Give it a nice 1000 or more Grit sand before each coat and a thick clear coat. And dont do it in the dark!

Looks pretty rough brother. I've seen some very nice DIY paint jobs here that look like they were done in a spray booth, this looks like a rattle can job. Sorry man, just my opinion.

And can you guys recomed a paint to use? Im not going to a body shop to paint under the hood. So far i like the look of the red and black engine. It looks better then before but it needs to be redone.

On the cover's you need to use paint specifically for plastic. Dupont makes some that i've used before.

use some sand paper and paint thinner to try and remove the paint...

then take 1000 grit to it ans see how flat you can get it (i wouldnt use a machine sander it has a tendancy to melt the plastic)
then try a nice layer of spray on primer... (you may want to use a plastic adhesion promotor before this step but its up to you to try...)
let that dry for a while (a thick layer takes a long time to set to be hard) then sand that down with 200-400 gritt this will help smoth out the grainy testured cover...
then try the paint, then wet sand (200-400 grit wet) and then the clear coat...

see where that gets you... good luck

BTW: i like the what you are trying to achieve just a little more work is needed...
