I hope your dealer is able to get you all squared away with this issue. Let me know if you have any issues.

Sorry to hear that they need to replace the whole headliner. Hopefully you don't have to wait too long for it.

I got my new headliner put in the Camaro, just to come home and notice a spot where the material is pretty rubbed down and exposing the press wood underneath (no padding in the box it was shipped in, saw them take it out of the box). I would have inspected better prior to leaving, but they where rushing me out the door since its was closing time and it took longer to install then expected. Not happy, sure it's going to be a fight to get the German dealership to reorder another one! This is REALLY getting old, 6 hours of my day gone for nothing!!!

Jeff, since the part is being shipped from the states, any way to ensure it's shipped with some bubble wrap!?? The rub down spot is from the box rubbing against the material. Since it's being shipped overseas, the box takes a beating! I can provide pictures! Thanks!

Shannon

I'm sorry Shannon but I don't have any lines of communication with our shipping team. I'm sorry to hear it came in such a condition. In your situation I would get in contact with GM of Europe and see if they can help you out with this. 0049-6142-602629 is their phone number. I hope that helps you.

Thanks Jeff, will give the dealer a chance to respond to my email addressing my concerns and to see the pictures. If that doesn't correct my issue, I will contact the number you provided.
