Hennessey Performance Engineering

Hennessey did a fantastic job on my Camaro. It's nice to have a car that can run so well. I just need to invest in a tire company and things will be great. Thanks to James and the entire group at Hennessey. I went for the 600 HP package. I found out that some Chevy dealers carry them already done. I guess Chevrolet doesn't mind them making them better.

Beefman.... Thank you for the kind words. It was a pleasure to work on your vehicle and look forward to seeing it again soon when you want even more power.

The upgrade done on this vehicle was our Hennessey Performance HPE600 Automatic package which includes the following items:

• TVS2300 Supercharger System (Black)
• HPE Cold Air Induction System
• 1 7/8 inch Long Tube Stainless Steel Headers
• High Flow Catalytic Converters
• Fuel Injector Upgrade
• HPE Engine Management Calibration
• Hennessey & HPE600 Exterior Badging
• Limited Edition Numbered Dash & Engine Plaques
• Hennessey Premium Floor Mats

Some things to consider... Automatic vs Manual (Difference of 5% or so on drivetrain loss)

Correction factor on the link you provided was STD which yields more power than a correction factor we posted of SAE.

Your factory L99 Automatic car is good for about 320rwhp with less than 4000 miles. Mileage on these cars play a big part!

yes i am sure there are a lot of factors but the numbers still seem low. I would think with 600hp at flywheel that u should get about 500 give or take a little. 600- 15% is 510 but like you said there are a lot of little factors to add. non the less its a great job done.

Sounds good and thank you for the comments... One small note..20% drivetrain loss is being seen from the Automatic 6L80 Transmission. Car stock is 400 and dynoed 320. Beefman's car will pick up an additional 20-30hp once he has broke the engine in.
