Oil in TB after CC install

I noticed TB still having some oil blown in it even after installing Moroso CC & it is coming from the crankcase vent tube ! Is this normal ?

The bigger question is how much oil is in the catch can?

I drove my Z for not more than 1000k miles after the CC & did empty it twice with a little oil in it.

I am pretty sure even with an oil catch can it doesn't eliminate ALL of the blow by. Just greatly reduces it.

I was fairly detailed about checking my throttle body before and after the cc install. I didn't see anymore oil, but I am using a craftsman oil separator.

my .02 is go buy a glass filter and put on the other side of the catch can. if the glass filter is catching oil try a different catch can.

I won't get into the drama but there was another vendor that some hate that said the moroso catch can will not catch all the vapor.

this is about as simple as it get to check though.

verify everthing is installed correctly, put something on the other side of the can to make sure it is catching all the oil and vapor. if the catch can does not buy a different brand.

Good advice. I would question the CC also.

Under WOT when the pressure builds up in the crankcase the clean side can and will push a little oil into the intake right after the MAF.
