Vinyl color question
Replacing the factory spoiler with the RKSport 40011010, looking to find out where i can get something close to the color of the stripes. The color is black but not quite if its some special color of it. Matte and Satin don't look quite right, or unless its faded over time. Just looking to get a few feet or roll of vinyl, have a decal maker at my job. If not possible, is it better to just get it over with and buy an OEM decal? Thanks in advance.

My guess it is printed vinyl, been doing this for 25 years. If the material is good it won’t fade. Your best bet is buying a complete full set from eBay for around $50. Your set will include standard length spoiler stripes and a longer set for aftermarket spoilers. You get the hood and trunk stripes as well.

When I installed my Z/TA spoiler, I purchased spoiler stripe extensions from here:

The color might be dark charcoal metallic like mine is. I think I got my decals from RPI Designs.

I replaced the vinyl on my 1LE hood. It is 3M 1080 film - they actually make 3 Matte Blacks - M22 Matte Deep Black - DM12 Dead Matte Black and M12 Matte Black. I purchased mine from Fellers - you can order samples for $1.00. Mine turned out to be M22 Matte Deep Black. https://www.fellers.com/color-search.
