Great prices and when I called JBA they said they keep 25-50 of each mid-pipe on the shelf. The guy Alex said that they never have back orders and all parts ordered ship right away.

Just an FYI as so many companies have no products and long lead times. It seems JBA has plenty for everyone.

I wanna buy them but I am afraid of noise since I am running a non resonated x and the magnaflow competition axleback...

I will never pull my manifolds so I just wanted an opinion on noise with my setup PLUS the HI FLOW CAT pipes..

I'm running a Magnaflow Competition axle back muffler delete. So...I'll be able to give you an opinion on loudness as soon as I get these installed tomorrow.

Ugh....I took off the stock midpipes tonight. Everything was going fine until one of the oxygen sensors stripped out when taking it out of the stock midpipe. Looks like I have to go to the dealership tomorrow to get a new one. It's one of the after-cat sensors (part #12609547) so luckily it's only going to run me about $60.

Cats Installed!

No.

So, the install went pretty easy. I did not like the fact that the forward O2 sensor bung on the driver's side has the sensor sitting pretty close to the tranny. The bung was at 2:00 when looking at it from under the car. It should have been at 12:00 to match the stock pipe. Also, the driver's side pipe was 1" shorter than the stock pipe, so I had to split the difference with the coupler clamp (no leaks though).

The passenger side fit fine. No problems.

Now for my take on these. Holy frijoles my car is freakin' loud now! This is probably due to the Magnaflow Competition axle back muffler delete. The deceleration popping is really loud too. Almost obnoxious. If I was to pass somebody walking down the sidewalk while at the same time letting off of the gas, the decel pop would probably make them jump out of their shoes. I might have to buy a different axle back muffler system to quiet it down a bit.

The JBA midpipes are on to stay. If the increase in loudness has anything to do with a proportional increase in flow, then these things really uncorked the exhaust.

Any suggestions for a good axle back muffler system to run with these?

I didn't have time to put the car on a dyno before the install, so I have no actual numbers. But yes...the butt dyno does tell me there's a difference.

Can someone link me directly where to purchase these. It's hard navigating while working / driving / iPhone all at once

Please report back in the next couple hundred miles or so to let us know if a CEL light comes up.

We know headers w/ cats will throw the code 90% of the time, so I'm curious about just catted midpipes.

No, I don't have any videos. Trust me though, with just the stock resonators and a muffler delete it is LOUD.

Will do. It's my daily driver, so if a CEL is going to pop it should happen pretty soon.
