As you and I had discussed before, I think the only thing I'd add to this car, would be a CAI, pulley and a tune. And if that breaks my warranty, I won't touch the car. I'm tired of driving "new" cars with no warranty. Dealers laugh at me

Anyone who wants to modify the suspension, shouldn't opt for MS. It's either/or.

Looks good, I get back from deployment December 2012, perfect timing. My next car will be kept forever, I'll have to see what the C7 looks like though too....

I'm exited about this new model (whatever it will be called), but I'll be upset if they don't call it Z28. I know its just a name and that GM will come up with a good name for it so I'll just have to remember that all this z28 hype was created by us and that GM never even acknowledged this cars existence. I can't even afford an LS, so I guess I can't be too upset about a car I'll never afford. Looking foward to pics and final specs.

I believe you're right. CB, CAI, tune, and maybe a pulley. There goes the warranty, lol!!! I feel the same as you though, LOL. They see $$$ when I drive up

Good to know. I was hoping that wasn't the case, but aren't too suprised.

So I don't want to start anything but how come no other dealership seems to know about this Z/28 news. I'm good friends with owners and salespeople at several Utah Chevrolet Dealerships and nobody knows anything.

Explain that!

Am I the only one who thinks that "HP Edition" is a really stupid moniker. Kind makes it sound like "hey this edition has horsepower and the others don't". Idk I just don't like it.

They will probably do the same thing they did to the Cobalt SS/SC, give you an option to up the HP by adding a smaller pulley & belt, with new injectors and a tune... call it a Stage 1 or 2, depending on how they want to sell it and you can keep your warrantee.

Camaro HP. I like the sound of it. I like break from the past (Z/28 was an internal code to begin with). I want it. I will buy it.

The MRC will be an awesome feature (option?). A possible side benefit of the MRC in the Camaro HP will be the possibility of adding this functionality to existing 2010/2011 SS models. A similar thing happened with the HUD - these were retrofitted to early production 5th gen Camaros in kit form.
