Has anybody fine the location of the amp. you might can do some adjustments on it such as the gain control on the subwoofer. I know the amp that came in the GTO's had a gain knob on them in which you can bump up the output on the subwoofers

Ditto..it's a pretty decent system, a little on the boomy side. I'd like to change the sub for a tighter sound.
BAs are clean, naturally sounding speakers compared to alot on the market, many of which you have to have good signal processing equipment to make it
sound good in a car. Many cars have decent head units, but lack the speakers to reproduce, BA components are good choice for upgrade. Not yet convinced on their amps, or subs(many other better brands out).
Personally, I have not yet heard the Camaro system, but the BA name was enough for me(heard various levels of BA speakers in dealer demo rooms).

I think they mean 7th Channel is subwoofer not 7 channel. That makes no sense.

Well it's probably one of the better options to get in terms of daily use. Also that does make it easier just to add a bigger sub, by tapping that high lvl speaker output.

I believe it is speakers and amp. I think the head unit is the same. Also adds a center channel on the dash. Pretty sure that is it, and does not come with a sub. 2 - 6x9 on rear shelf.

Compared to my 3 speakers in my 94 Camaro and good sounding system in my wife's Accord...the BA sounded awesome in the Camaro...even the salesman started bobbing his head to the music!!!! MSTRKRFT FTW!

The BA system licks balls. It's not worth the $500 over the stock system if it's optional for your model. I don't care if it has 9 or 29 speakers, it's lame. I had a '98 T/A WS6 with the Monsoon 500 Watt system and it would kick the crap out of the BA system. I'm gonna take my 500 bucks and invest it in an aftermarket system. For those of us who make our cars loud, you need a loud stereo to overpower when needed. The 2010 Camaro rocks but the BA system is the weakest link....

If that tru, then maybe I'll just go with the 1LT minus BA. Only reason I want the 2LT is the leather...

I might have to disagree with you if this were true.

My opinion, sounds great for a factory system. When I hit 35-40 on the volume, I start to noticed some rattling in the driver's door panel(insert?) if there is some heavy bass. Then when I take volume past that, bass quality drops off fast.
But then again, it's rare I have the volume that loud anyways.

I have to agree. I was totally underwhelmed by it.
