Edit: Now that I'm looking through it, it's also missing the Regal, LaCrosse, Corvette, and SS.
Fen, have you seen these vin cards before? Have they ever been used as a source for new information before? I'm thinking this wasn't a "leak" but rather a calculated release of information by GM themselves.

I've driven the LSA in the CTS and loved it, but the power is not as violent or as instant as the LS7, now the Z06 is lighter and the CTS was an automatic

That can't be right can it?

Could the LS7 equipped Camaro be anything other than a Z28?
Not naming an LS7 Camaro a Z28 would be a larger mistake than if they had named the ZL1 the Z28. Fen stated in an earlier post that other vin cards have been updated multiple times. GM is spoon feeding us with just enough info to keep faith alive.

They've been available for a while. Most people don't know they exist, hell I just stumbled across them the other day while checking Terrain VINs.

I'm a little late to the game here so this may have already been said, but if you look at Fords Ecoboost V6, its really only making 365HP and 350TQ, but with a tune those numbers jump by 100 to 150.

We know enough about FI in the LFX to know it is capable of those numbers without a doubt. But I do agree, that with the NA V6 already making 323, 380 doesn't sound like much for a TTV6....just have to remember there is A LOT more untapped potential there (and a very strong flat TQ curve!)

Even better!

423-473 HP with 28 MPG? Oh yeah baby! Where do I get my hands on the TT upgrade?

Just thought of this.....will it have electric power steering to match all the 2013+ V8 Camaros? Also realizing that this is a 7+ year old motor that are probably leftovers that GM is just throwing into our 5th Gens and WE LOVE IT!

Ya know I was just thinking. Remember those spy shots of the Corvette C7's with the Camaro's. What if those unclad Camaros weren't just there to test the vette. What if they were LS7's hidden in plain sight!!! Those sneaky son of a...

If you'll notice, there is no engine code for LS3 on that PDF??? But there is LS7 and LT1...but it shows up of the camaro page as an option? only thing is still disagree with the LS7 in a Z/28 is the damn gas guzzler tax we are gonna have to pay on it..haven't we spent enough?
