Caught a bolt in tire - zl1
Caught a pretty fat bolt in the tire, can I get it patched up at a local shop or would I have to get new tires?

Up to a quarter inch and away from the edge. Way away, like a couple of inches. Tire shops are all lawyered up these days.
You could DIY plug it, but that's not as safe as an interior patch plus a plug. |

Just an FYI that for ultra-high/maximum performance summer tires, a puncture of any kind generally voids the speed rating of the tire (check with the tire manufacturer). If you have road hazard coverage, you may want to bring that up (sometimes they are not aware of the speed rating being voided), and use the road hazard to buy yourself a replacement tire instead of a patch.
