Mine was a snell 85, could not use and only got to make one pass, BIG BUMMER!

Traction control off, 1000rpm launch, let the trans do the shifting.

Was against a Challanger SRT8. My reaction time was slow & a little bit of wheel spin. Next time I will paddle shift myself. The computer shifted around 4500, which was too soon and it kind of bogged. I beat him in most catagories, but he passed the line first.
4500 rpms? I'd have that checked out. It should be up around 5500-5700 rpms. Also I guess you're the car that ran 13.56 @ 104.07 mph.

Maybe it was higher, but by sound it was too soon. First time, I have no idea what I was doing. Felt great going down the strip. Buying new helmet Monday!

Some Mustang blew his load on the track and it took 30 minutes to clean up.

Bottom line, I lost! To a Dodge! At least it was an SRT8 and he paid a whole lot more for it and didn't look half as cool.

Yes, I was #3738. They used last four of SS#

L99 13.330 @ 105.52

Well I took the car out for the first time, and granted this is the first time I've ever dragged a car, (only have dragged bikes in the past). I was able to make 4 1/8 mile runs which weren't very impressive. (Track started as 1/8 mile due to oil spill at end of track.) They finally opened up the track for the 1/4 mile a couple hours later. I was able to make one run and then the track was closed down due to a bad crash.

So considering the lack of experience, only being able to make one 1/4 mile run for the day, and the track conditions being pretty horrible. I'm quite happy with my 13.330 @ 105.52 from my stock L99. Please add me to the list!

Nice pass! I heard the two L99s were doing ok today... I made my runs before the sun came out and they were not even worth posting. :( Ugh.

We all should have left, the track conditions were horrible. That was the only pass I got for the 1/4 mile. My friend which made the pass after me slipped on the oil and put his c5 vette into the wall at 120 and totalled it. Not a good day. :(

Glad at least one Camaro was in the 13's. I did not see you there but the other two Camaro's(Blue and Black) went 15.1 and 14.4 both M6's. Post up on another thread so we can discuss the days racing. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...25#post1120025
