Question Vortech trade help pls.

I am able to get a deal on a Vortech S/C and he said he no longer has his stock 'Power steering pump bracket' and the vortech has a replacement one that takes it's place?

I am not familiar with this piece and a picture or validation of where it's at would help alot.

He is too far away to check for myself until the deal is final.

Go to Vortechsuperchargers.com and down load the Camaro Instruction manual it will have a complete parts break down and Pictures you can refer to.

Sometimes, a used supercharger kit is not such a good deal when parts are missing.

If you need any missing parts we can provide them for you.

Ted.

It's the stock bracket that He is missing and wants to trade me for it. Problem is, I wanted to make sure he wasn't mistaken about having to replace the bracket. Also I don't plam on putting it on til I get my cam installed so I would like to keep my bracket and show him where he could order one.

That's what I would do...buy him one at dealer. I take it he didn't do his install? He will need more than that to put it back to stock. While you are At the dealer, buy a new crank bolt as well. It is TTY. Ask him about the pin too. You can make a pin with a drill bit cut off if need be. (smooth end that goes in drill). Personally, if this kit is 3500 or less...go for it and get with Ted and get what u need that is missing or can't be reused.
