Omg this guy finds the slowest cars in the country! You never seen a Bolton 5th gen break 12s... Are you freaking kidding me dude! You know how many 12 sec 5th gens I have seen, you must know and race with complete idiots! My car ran 12.8s with a best of 12.6s with zero mods expect headers in summer heat. Why don't you buy a real car since you seem to be this drag strip hero, you could at lest live the part and drive something worth a damn taking to the track!

We have a member in this forum that ran high 11s (bolt ons only - L99) in Oklahoma. Yet this guy has never seen one run 12s.
And he purposely races L99s with big heavy aftermarket wheels that can't do better than 2.1 sec 60'.

i'll be racing this g35 tonight, i have intake and tune...if you'd allow it i'll post the street race....dunno if that's against the rules but i can assure you, he will get drug. i know this guy personally and am willing to slap him around a bit at a few street lights.

My L99 ran 12.12 @ 114.16 with LT's, CAI and U/D stock tune on stock 20" P-zero's.

12.3 with stuff in sig. Guy in my work building as the coupe G37, it's a nice car but definitely a lot slower than mine from a light... high 11's now vs high 13's.

I have the vids of the g8 gt running 13.8s on my 16 gb Sony HD camera.... Would you like for me to upload them?

I did get drug tonight by a g8 gt with intake/tuned and some suspension work, but beat a stock g8 gt(very slow pull).




Let me also set a few things clear.

1- He is the faster car, never denied it anywhere. If anything just look at the timeslips.

2- Your d!ck size is not measured by how fast your 1/4 mile time is.

3- SS is badass car that, stock for stock, it will walk any 350z/g35/g37/370z. Both drivers, setting, prep, and DA being equal. Would love to own one, just doesn't fit my current situation.

4- You don't have to post your full bolt on SS's 1/4 mile time and compare it to a stock v6 family sedan. This is all for fun, I don't care what you ran. We both know which is the faster car. Nothing to prove.

5- I just found this scenario interesting, better driver(r/t) vs faster car(e/t) makes for a fun video.

Lol like it or not I am being completely honest. I know the capability is there just never seen it happen.

Here's the best possible DA thunder valley ever gets. It was about 45-50 degrees out.

Tuned only is white SS. Black one is 2013 auto stock L99. Both still have dealer temp tags.

People in our car group call his white Camaro a "factory freak" for running those times. Even though that's what I would have thought they all run if I had never observed what most actually run.

This is shiznight's car, it hauls. He is right with srt8 charger with intake/exhaust and tune that trapped 111 mph.

His best time with tune(fuse pull mod and some race gas mixed in) was 13.0 @ 107, best time/trap with intake/tune was 13.0 @ 108.

I was there for 6 hours straight recording races, had 143 total. Did this all for you guys. Hell.... I even devoted a youtube channel to races that I recorded. I paid $10 for that opener too for each video.
So please.... go ahead, school me on what cars typically run what times at Thunder valley lol. I am there almost every Friday night recording races.

Now that is beyond impressive if he did it at Thunder Valley. Who is it and what is his set up? One thing people need to realize when you see slow L99 times at that track is that the DA and track conditions are less than ideal. I also suspect that all of them are in low octane mode from our sh!t 91 octane. I can remeber one night that I went a 392 Challenger that was on full slicks and skinnies running worse than me. My 440RWHP L99 only runs low 12's there.

This thread says that the Camaro is slightly modded...probably still has stock tune on it, which we all know will actually make the car slower with mods.

My 2010 A6 BONE STOCK went a 13.20 in the 1/4...and it was only 2 1/2 months old. Started modding shortly after that, so can't play in that category anymore, so I can't make that number any better. But....wish I could go back for a day and show this "stock" G35 what a "stock" Camaro SS can do!!!!
