Awesome

I'll be looking forward to this as I do not have the dual exhaust setup. Just as long as there is no awful drone, all is well.

BTW, any dealers you can call out that perform the install in the MD/VA/DC area?

On the 5th gen LTs with NPP was pretty raspy with some drone. The magnaflow Xpipe fixed this however. But this is a new system so it may turn out better.

Please include an option to have AFM valves for those of us with autos!

Subaruwrxfan takes a tour of Stainless Works.

In the video the valve is shown for the AFM? I assume you guys will offer
an exhaust for the manual without AFM.

Not final yet but looking like we'll offer a version for both afm and non-afm. Also an option for the guys with automatics that want to delete the valve to keep the cost down or eliminate the restriction.

I think the video was really cool. I like that you port match the headers. Maybe other people do this as well but not some thing I have heard. I know when I built my first engine my uncle and myself ported the headers to match the exhaust ports of the heads. Did this to intake as well. Mainly my uncle showing my and explaining then me duplicating the work.

Cool. I've considered losing the afm valves if its the only choice. I don't care about whether it sounds like a 4banger with the NPP valves open, I just don't know how it will drive without the afm valves there to further increase back pressure. I guess I could pull the afm fuse today and find out how it feels

We delivered an automatic SS back to Tom Henry Chevrolet on Wednesday. They currently have the only Stainless Works full exhaust system. 2" Headers w/ high flow cats to resonator x-pipe to S-Tube mufflers and a 5" polished tip. The AFM electronic motor is attached to the tailpipes on a valve delete mount. This will allow an easy installation, no engine code, and no neck down to the factory valve. Part numbers, Marketing info, pictures and pricing will be available soon. If you're in the Pittsburg area, head over there to Tom Henry Chevrolet and see it in person. If your not, there's a teaser video on our Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/stainless_works/

Next up for R&D. We have an all black auto SS with NPP on the lift. Special Thanks to Tom Henry Chevrolet for giving us any car we need for R&D. Great guys over there.

How does the car drive in v4 mode now? The AFM valves were there to create back pressure to make it drive smoother in v4 mode. What did you notice different now that the valves are gone?

Also, any dynographs? I'm curious how the 2" primaries and full 3" exhaust is affecting torque, especially on the lower end. I know some C7 guys are claiming their cars made more power with 2.75" x-pipe over 3"

The car drives very similar with the AFM valves deleted. No dyno numbers yet, we'll keep you posted.

Hey Stainless works,

Would love for a axle back system with quad pipes to replace the stock NPP suitcase. You have something coming for that?
