Let me formally introduce myself.....

Long time viewer, new member. I used to own a 96 Camaro w a 3.8, t-tops, leather, 20in rims....until i totaled it. Well 3 years later...3 vehicles later here i am facingthe purchase of another Camaro and wanted opinions. Its a 98 Camaro Z28 LS1, Auto, T-tops, alloy wheels, black leather....sounds good. But heres the kicker it has 190,000mi and needs a new oil pan and flywheel/flexplates.... cars is running and problem goes unnoticed except for a very tiny oil drip.(very tiny). Also the hood is not perfect, little bent. Was asking 3000, but ive negotiated to $2500... yay or nay?

I'd buy it. Fun car that won't cost an arm and a leg to fix or mod.

190k? Go lower. I sold my 96 Z28 with 159k for $2,000- and it had NO problems whatsoever, ran great.

K so first off the dude is like 19yrs old. He didn't answer me all of yest, and then I texted him this morning and he tells me, his brother is gna fix it for free, which he told me last week if he had the money to fix it he wouldn't sell it so I'm not sure what he was implying, I asked him if I had my money on wed could I still get it as is and he says it "should be done by then".... What do y'all think? Fixed or not I'm still offering 2300-2500 strong

I am sure this car has been Whooped on if a 19 yr old had it. Probably some more issues that you have yet to notice. $2500 is ALL I would pay for it...Save your money and Drop a crate motor in there and hop that SOB up...good luck
