Can you guys load the tune that come with the tuner. I can, just cant load tune from Jannetty Racing.

I'm trying to upload stock tune so Ted can tune it and its not working. I have mods but can't install them cause I can't get this thing to work.

Just received this from SCT Tech Support.

"we do have the issue resolved with that error on the itsx however now we have to wait on apple, there is a new app version that goes along with the fix but apple has a 3 week period that it takes them for the app to get to the public"

Usually you just call Ted and get an rma number an tell them you wanna exchange it for the x3. When they get the itsx they'll ship the x3 out to ya. I exchanged something recently and they made it really easy.

Yep just did this today. Preload tune works. The custom one does not. Drove it around the block briefly with the preloaded tune it seemed a bit zippier but not sure exactly could be a placebo. I'll have to go on a real drive later today.

It does run better cause I have the superchips cortex ran that before I got the SCT tuner. installed the preloaded tune from SCT and the car runs smoother even my wife said car rides better, compared to the superchips tune. Can't wait to feel the custom tune. Ted how long do we have to do an exchange, and is there a charge?

No, it has something to do with how the tune files are delivered and controlled via the phone.
