Need help choosing a Cam!

I'm wanting to do the LS3 conversion .. So the DOD/VVT delete . I then want to cam it and put a stall converter on it. I can't decide what cam /package to choose. This is a daily driver but I'm trying to get the most power available. Would love to see 440+ rwhp.

I already have a CAI and LH/catback.

Thanks
Dustin!

Talk to one of the guys from Jannetty Racing. They will have everything you are looking for.

If I would have gone with a VVT delete cam, this would have been the one.

Our cams, Comp cams, or someone else's cam....do this.

Make yourself a list of what you want the car to do, and what you do not want it to do.

These are what I consider some of the most important when looking at a package.
  1. What RPM range do you drive in?
  2. What RPM range do you want to focus your power in?
  3. What would you like the car to idle at?
  4. What kind of idle?
  5. For auto cars, what do you want as far as a converter stall speed?
  6. MPG? While most don't think of this...to some it is important
  7. Do you want to change gears?

Little bit of a list, but if you spend some time figuring this out...it will be a happier combo than just looking for a big peak HP number.

i have yet to see any sponsor here offer a product that is not loved by all.
cant go wrong. just know everybody drives different. LG knows what they are talking about^^^^

if you do a ls3 conversion, you will not be disappointed with the power.
