rear lower bumper cover

Can anyone tell me if the lower rear bumper cover part number 22829476 for a 2015 Z28 come painted Black from the factory when ordered as a part. The car is Summit White.

I don't believe that part number is for a Z28. That looks to be the stock SS diffuser.
I recently bough the Z28 diffuser and i ordered part #22985096. That part # did come painted black. Its quite a bit more expensive that the part number you have though.

This is what the Z28 diffuser looks like in the parts manual -

Heads up, to put this on you would need to remove wheel moldings...at least on a Z/28 you do. They don't go back on like they should and have to be replaced...1600 plus to do just those.

They do go back on if you use the wright glue, that 3M tape does not work.
