-Your tune is unbelievably off and you only make the power or a bolt-on car
Yep, I second Livernois!

Also depending on where OP is in the Detroit area, another shop i recommend is Lidio over at Alternative Auto.

Of course the bad thing is with the Woodward Dream Cruise only a month away a lot of the shops are booked up!

I'd take the cats off and make sure they look good inside, and not melted/coming apart.

Cat disintegration is quite common in a home done power adder car. If you don't have a scan tool, like an SCT, get one. Then you can watch to see if it is getting any knock retard. Good 93 octane. Check the MAF sensor, make sure the hot wire that senses airflow doesn't have a lof of fuzz burned on it.

After checking the basics like fuel, cats, maf.... and not finding the culprit, I'd take it to Livernois.

Why do people say his MPH is low? I feel it's high unless he's making 600+rwhp/ I run 10.8 125mph 1/4.

The claimed MPH was 125..... Actual was 108 which is pathetic for a Maggie let alone a stocker.
